Visit WebsiteToyota Camry Design is Reborn in 2018
The Toyota Camry is one of the most well know sedans on the road. That could be due to the fact that since 1982, there have been there have been 18 million Toyota Camrys sold world. Receiving a bold new update this year, the Toyota Camry has undergone what some might call a rebirth. In this all new Camry, Toyota not only placed special attention on a charismatic dynamic exterior design, but also made sure to include many features that you won’t find on any other vehicle in its class.
In fact, the 2018 Toyota Camry will include a long list of advanced safety features standard equipment on every single trim level. These safety technologies include automatic emergency braking, pedestrian detection, full speed range dynamic radar cruise control, Lane Departure Alert with steering assist and automatic high beams. Along the numerous standard safety features, the 2018 Camry also hosts many other changes that have drivers clammoring to get behind the wheel.
Sporty Exterior Design
One of the first things you might notice on the all new 2018 Toyota Camry is the large front grille. It also takes on polished and sleek stance with a set of slim headlights leading the way. Upon further observation you will find a lowered hood and roofline. The Camry’s roofline is about an inch lower than the previous model.
Offering ten different trim levels, each Camry model delivers an extraordinary impression. Little points such as all Camry Hybrid models being denoted by blue backed badging are just the start. Take a look at the 2018 Camry SE and XSE models, and you will see that these Camry trimm levels really take on different personas than the rothers. Those models receive entirely different front and rear fascias than other models, lower body sculpting, spoilers, and available 19-inch black wheels. XSE models have four exhaust outlets, though two of them are only there for appearance.
Also available on the Camry SE and XSE is a two-tone paint option, with a black roof replacing the body-colored top to give the appearance of an even lower posture.

Two-tone wind Chill Pearl

Renewed Interior
Top-notch materials are used, with soft-touch materials replacing the hard plastics found in previous models.
The boldest interiors grace the 2018 Camry SE and XSE models, where you can get bright red leather seating surfaces and interior accents with contrasting stitching.
Both front- and rear-seat passengers sit lower in the new Camry, so the lower roof height doesn’t adversely affect headroom too much. Tall passengers won’t have trouble fitting in the back seat, though there is slightly less legroom than in the 2017 Camry, 2017 Honda Accord, and 2017 Volkswagen Passat.
Class Leading Standard Safety Features
Toyota is leading the way among non-luxury carmakers with their inclusion of advanced safety technology and driver assistance features as standard equipment. Every 2018 Camry will come equipped with the Toyota Safety Sense P suite of safety gear, which includes automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection.
The suite of features also includes adaptive cruise control to keep you at a preset distance from the car in front of you, even as their speed changes; lane departure warning with steering assist to help keep you from straying out of your lane; and automatic high-beam headlights that sense oncoming traffic and dim to avoid blinding other drivers.
Included on upper trim levels are a blind-spot monitoring system and rear cross traffic warning with automatic braking. Toyota’s available Intelligent Clearance Sonar will automatically brake if you get too close to other vehicles in low-speed environments, such as parking spaces.
All models include ten airbags and rearview cameras. A 360-degree camera system is available.
More Powerful Engines
Toyota has amped up the power in the 2018 Camry with an all-new base four-cylinder engine and an updated optional V6. The four-cylinder produces 203 horsepower in LE, SE, and XLE trims and 206 horsepower in the XSE trim. The 2017 Camry’s base four-cylinder only produced 178 horsepower. To improve both fuel economy and reduce tailpipe emissions, the engine now has an electric-motor-driven variable valve timing system.
All Camrys are equipped with a new eight-speed automatic transmission. It’s closely spaced gear ratios contribute to the car’s substantially increased fuel economy and keep the engine’s revs low, minimizing cabin noise. SE and XSE models feature steering-wheel-mounted paddle shifters.
A new double-wishbone rear suspension significantly improves the Camry’s driving dynamics without hurting the comfortable ride that is a key component of the sedan’s popularity.
Better Fuel Economy
With the Camry’s greatly enhanced engine power, you might expect its fuel economy to lag, but that’s not the case at all. Fuel economy ratings for Camrys equipped with either engine have increased substantially. Camrys fitted with the four-cylinder engine see a 26-percent gas mileage improvement.
The base four-cylinder Camry L earns EPA mileage estimates of 29 mpg in the city and 41 on the highway, while other four-cylinder trim levels earn estimates of 28 in the city and 39 on the highway. Camry XLEs equipped with the V6 see mileage estimates of 22 mpg in the city and 33 on the highway, while the XSE V6 has estimates of 22 mpg in the city and 32 on the highway. Toyota also offers the 2018 Camry Hybrid. Its improved drivetrain and battery pack earn it EPA mileage estimates of up to 51 mpg in the city and 53 on the highway.
Upgraded Technology
All 2018 Camry trim levels come equipped with Toyota’s Entune 3.0 infotainment system. On most trim levels, users can stream the Connected Navigation Scout GPS through their cell phone to the standard 7-inch infotainment touch screens. Toyota includes a three-year trial subscription to the mapping service.
The standard system also includes Siri Eyes Free connectivity, Google voice controls, and the Entune App Suite of connectivity applications. Toyota is one of a handful of manufacturers that does not support Apple CarPlay or Android Auto in any of their vehicles.
Upgrade to a V6 Camry XSE or XLE, and the 8-inch touch-screen system includes an embedded navigation system that can receive updates to its database through the car’s data connection. That Verizon-powered data connection also streams data to and from an onboard Wi-Fi hot spot that supports up to five mobile devices.
